The lender is going to double the amount I’m paying after a month. I want to do something that’s not going to affect my credit. A friend of mine is advising quick sale. I don’t even know how that thing works. Serious answer only no joker please.
I don’t want to sell the house thru a realtor because I don’t have the money to pay them with $30,000/ $15,000 each both side buyer and the seller agent. Plus after a month I wont be able to keep up with the mortgage.

I am not sure who your lender is, but it sounds to me like he, or she wants to take you for a ride, perhaps you should contact century 21, I hear that they sell houses over a national network, and often if they cannot sell your house for you in six months, they purchase it.
I am not actually sure it this is true, but this is what I was told by a very good friend.
I would say that if you talk to century 21 yourself, they will be willing to explain it to you.
best of luck

Where is the house located? If its in a real good area with high traffic, either do a For Sale By Owner. Or post signs on major streets. If none of this applies, contact a realtor.

I am not so sure a quick sale is the best way to go only because they probably will not give you what the home is worth since they figure you are desperate… you can find a realtor or real estate company that offers a guarantee like they sell if in so many months or they pay you or buy house, something like that, i know they are out there…found a good site with lots of real estate information that i think will help.. good luck

A short sale is when the lender accepts less than what is owed on the mortgage in order to complete a sale. There are tax consequences to doing this so please make certain that you contact a tax professional prior to making any final decisions.
There are online national network companies like HouseBuyerNetwork.com that have quick sale agents skilled in short sales and investors nationwide to help you. Hopefully they have coverage in your area. There is no fee for you the homeowner.
Also included in this post is an article explaining short sales that I found, perhaps it might help you learn more.
