The Agents who contact us seem to ignore our preferences. Which includes distressed single family residences, at our max investment, in a certain area (92691). We know there are homes available, but the Agents want to show, only; higher priced condos, town-houses and SFRs. A quick sale, with a quick commission doesn’t seem to interest them. We’ve been looking for help for 4 months (and can wait longer), but some show of interest would be nice.
