I am looking for a sell and rent back company based in or around Birmingham as I need to stop my repossession fast? I want to find an FSA approved company as there are only a few who are registered.

i didnt give my landlord a 30 day notice. do i get my last month`s rent back if it is unused?
i wasnt planning on moving out, but i found a great apartment a week before the end of the month..so i told my landlord i was moving out. i didnt owe him any past rent and when i moved in i gave a last month’s rent..since i didnt use it, do i get that money back?

As an individual homeowner, can I hire a collection agency to try to get the back rent money a tenant owes?
I don’t have a judgment because the tenants vacated the house before going to court. I’ve heard that there’s not much I can do, even the lawyer says it’s a lost cause, but there are companies that say they can help me get the rent owed. I wonder if that’s legal in New York. The ex-tenants owe nearly $15,000! They were on a 1 year lease.

what makes the most sence to boot a tenant from always paying rent 1-2weeks late OR getting a new tenant,,,but with that you have to do alot of maintenance…what u think?
i just asked this question..let me be more clear here:
rent is MOSTLY 1-2 weeks late, sometimes right on time tho (say 1 out of 4 times on time) and this building is somewhat older…so most appts need alot of maintenance when ppl leave…they dont cause probs to anyone tho,,,have kids,,,,,anyways what do u think now pls
